Good Morning,
If a prohibition notice has been issued by an HSE inspector following an accident, is that notice only "visible" to the Inspector, the HSE and the person / business in reciept of the notice or is it available anywhere in the public domain such as somewhere on the HSE website?
Thanks,
Jim

Details don't go on the database until 9 weeks after notice served.

Even if it not on the database yet it is still public knowledge and you can make Freedom of Information request.
