Good afternoon,

does anyone have experience or knowledge of change management, to such an extent that they could point me in the direction of guidance please. I'm interesteed in building a policy, procedure and useful tools for a management system. Outside of HSG 65, which has minimal guidance, I don't know where to start in H&S circles. 

Any help would be appreciated - thanks in advance
