In a pantoon roof 25 meter width and only half a meter height   how many persons were allowed to perform buffing activity. The activity was being performed by compressed air. There  are  three manholes and forced ventilation and continous gas monitoring. Is there are any recommended practices based on air change and weadth height ratio of maximum allowable personal inside |CS. During inspection there are 12 people personal found working inside  and risk assessment specified only minimum number of personal are allowed to enter .

The maximum number will be dictated by a risk assessment. One of the limiting factors of working in a confined spaces will be the need for emergency evacuation. If a gas emergency happens could you safely evacuate 12 people before they are overcome?
