I am attempting to identify the frequent social housing hazards, but I am not confining myself to the housing rating system any input would be appreciated. So far I have

•Asbestos •Carbon monoxide •Gas appliances  •Personal hygiene, sanitation and drainage •Water supply - legionella •Falls associated with stairs and steps, windows and baths and external areas •Electrical hazards - lighting •Fire •Structural collapse and falling elements - CDM and Work at Height

Thanks
