Rank: New forum user		We are a UK based company but have had an incident offshore in Irish waters. I understand that I need to report the incident to the Health and Safety Authority (the Irish equivalent to the HSE). The question is do I need to report it to the HSE under RIDDOR as well.

Rank: Super forum user		John The simple answer is No As regards HSA, when you say offshore do you mean at an offshore installation? Different reporting rules there than say a fisherman working in Irish waters.
