A really quick one. I have been looking at the legislation and I can’t find the law (in particular what date it came into force) that removed the right to sue for statutory breach of Health and Safety regulations. Any ideas?

Was it the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013? ...Memory is a bit vague as I seemed to spend most of 2010-15 responding to Consultation Documents as part of various Government reviews.
