Has anyone a risk assessment they could share fore changing medical gas cylinders and also interacting with the manifolds. Medical staff are at risk and just discovered there are no controls in place nor training.
Thanks

If you want to make a start on this yourself, there are guidance notes here: - http://www.bcga.co.uk/pages/index.cfm?page_id=20&title=guidance_notes
There are also some codes of practice incorporating legal requirements here: -
http://www.bcga.co.uk/pages/index.cfm?page_id=19&title=codes_of_practice
I can also recommend a training company who train to these standards on gases and cylinders in general, but which should be applicable to the medical industry.
