Every year the company I work for hold a Health & Safety Week which I have coordinated many times, generally we have safety-realted quizzes/crosswords etc, Occ Health events promoting healthy eating or specific health issues (diabetes, cholesterol, back safety etc).

This year I'm looking to arrange a 'headline' event, which always give the week an extra impetus.... I have booked Ken Woodward to speak to our Employees in the past which went down really well & I'm looking to arrange a similar presentation/event this year (end of June); any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated. The site is in Liverpool, and relevant topics would be noise, dust, machinery safety, behavioural safety...

Thanks in advance...

As your proposed topics include noise & dust & you are Liverpool based, have you thought about inviting somebody from HSE's EMAS from their HQ at Bootle?
