Supporting documents for CHAS Application for less than 5

Hi,

I’m just interested in obtaining a simple list of what documents now have to be uploaded when applying for CHAS as a small Contractor i.e. what used to be less than 5 employees.

I just want it in case anyone asks me about it.

I have been on the new CHAS Website but you can’t get a simple list without doing the full registration process.

I have contacted CHAS but didn't get a reply.

Can anyone be of assistance?

Cheers

Andy

Asbestos awareness training doc ( That is if applicable to company)

COSHH (Hazardous substances assessment) ( That is if applicable to company)

Health & Safety policy statement

Health & Safety training documents or certificates acquired

Working at height (sample proof) that is if applicable

Cheers

Andy

Possibly the cheque might be considered a most important document!
