Just wondering if anyone has a fairly basic template of a Management Review Agenda.  Looked on line and can't see anything suitable.  My new organisaton holds an annual management review of the combined SHE system so need something that would work for that.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Just use 4.6 from 18001. 

If not i'm sure you can think of what senior managers want to know?          Or just report on your KPIs, trends, risks, legislation changes etc
