Can anyone explain why the Director was prosecuted and founs guilty uner section 71 (1) of HASAWA.  Firstly it appears this section was repealled some years back and it relates to building regulations.  Confused!!

I'd assume a typ on the HSE press release, or multiple sources copying an incorrect article. It should be S.37 for Directors

Articles and information like this are rarely checked through before publication.

A bit like a Donald Trump Tweet.
