Hi all,

I am about to look at some paper work including RAMs from contractors who will be carrying out the removal of AIB.  Does any know or have a list of criteria that must be met during such works?? I have no formal training so would like something to compare against what the contractor has sent.

I have tried looking in the regs but there doesn't seem to be clear information on licensed removal.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Russ

You could ask a consultancy who undertake analytical works to complete a desktop approval of RAMS?

Thanks Jodie, that's a good idea. However is there no guidance on how this work should be done? I have found various documents on the HSE website re non licensed tasks, which are very helpful, however this is a licensed task and I am having no luck.

Id also prefer to read some guidance to further my own knowledge.

Have you had a look at Chapter 3 of HSG 247?
