Good Morning, One of the workshops within my organisation has purchased a Rotorcasting machine. I have requested MSDS's for the products being used to create the initial moulds which are then used in the machine for creating the final work piece. The intended products for use to make the moulds are a twin - pack polyurethane elastomer which has more GHS hazards than Imelda Marcos has shoes!!! I have sent a request for advice to the British Plastics Federation, but was wondering if any Forum members have experience with this process and could suggest safer alternatives to mitigate the risks that these products pose. Many thanks in advance, Ian Johnson. 07717604897
