Ive always been under the impression that you can transport as many batteries by road so long as the terminals are protected and they are securely loaded etc.

Can anyone confirm if this is the case as weve had a whistle blower to the council say we are breaking the law as we dont have placards on our vehicles and we are being investigated. Just want to make sure we havent misunderstood the limits.
