Seeking consensus
When there is an incident with two LTI(IP) is it reported as two LTI or as one

A lost time injury would be reported per injured party - on the BI510 (accident book) the DSS "as was" would require spearate records I can see where guidance may cause confusion as it talks about accidents but then refers to an employee: Accidents must be reported where they result in an employee or self-employed person being away from work, or unable to perform their normal work duties, for more than seven consecutive days as the result of their injury.
If the text had read "an employee (or employees)" then I might have considered a single report for multiple IP's Edited by user 25 July 2017 07:27:52(UTC)

One person one form so for multiple casualties you would need multiple forms - the HSE and DWP count injured people not incidents
