Hello Folks

Has anyone a simple DSE self assessment checklist that they wouldn't mind sharing.  I have onefrom Croner but it overcomplicated.  Eddy  eddie@bpmckeefry.com

There is a free Access database that includes a DSE form on www.cantiaci.com Free Stuff page.  It has been so long since I put it on there I had nearly forgotten about it.  The database covers other items too so help yourself.  That applies to everyone of course.

Just to note that I know the Google Drive link available on cantiaci.com Free Stuff looks odd but if you cut and paste it into your browser it is ok.  It is my site and I put the link and database there so, for what its worth, you have my assurance it is ok.
