Hi all, I believe that no legal standard exists for those driving non HGV but are there recommended guidelines that we should follow and if so, what are they, where can I find them?
Cheers

Hi When you say 'I believe that no legal standard exists for those driving non HGV' in what context are you refering to?

In a previous job we had a nominal 11 hour working day +/- 40 minutes if justified for getting home including driving. Came from a history of collisions following long shifts, possibly insurance company influenced. Also we had a 'no driving' immediately after long-haul flights for a similar reason.

I wondered that too. It could be a host of issues from licencing to working hours.
