Kindly suggest or add more, below as part of Communication Index between EHS officers and EHS Director/Manager
EH&S team should have at least once in a month
meeting through online (skype) anyways. To communicate safety concern in each
site at the same time sharing ideas and deliberation of plan with constructive
instruction on how to improve safety performance for the whole team.
Communication could encourage the team to be more open for any concerned in
their site as we know and undeniable that safety always “STRIVE” against
operation priorities, unsafe operation practices and behaviors.
