Continuous Improvement Index below is ok or suggestion it is between EHS Officer and EHS Manager
Benchmarking means a lot for continues improvement
schemes, acquiring relevant information from previous audits inspection,
framework results that need for improvements, incidents and accidents
investigation result could obviously help too. Using additional safety
information from different Harsco sites or from other company (same work
concept with Harsco) could give more advantage for the improvement plans. Of
course Providing safety trainings to EH&S personnel to develop skills and
confident in interaction EH&S procedure and implementation.
