Rank: Forum user		Hello, I see there is Statistics on workplace injuries/fatalities and I can see HSE prosecutions on an indvidual basis on the website. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any statistics on prosecutions for Health and Safety Offences, I’m looking to see the trending failures, i.e. failure to Carryout Risk Assessment Thankyou in advance Jon
