We purchase some substances from Asia, re-package and provide the MSD sheet, however we have noticed that the sheets are not curent with GHS pictograms. Following reminders for updated versions, the old sysmbo;s remain.

Could someone clarify our position.

Since 1st June 2015 you should have been labelling with GHS pictograms according to the Classifcation, Labelling & Packaging Regulations EC 1272/2008 AND providing a compliant SDS (NOT MSDS) under those regulations in the relevant market language

Doesn't matter you are re-packaging - you are placing on the market

You also need to have been monitoring the candidate SVHC, authorisation, restriction and PIC lists and making regulated declarations as necessary

Some countries never adopted the GHS, so would not apply to them providing you with SDS's.  You as a supplier need to abide by the EU / UK legislation accordingly!!
