Putting up plaster board ceilings (domestic houses)

We are having some issues with the rates some companies charge plasterers for putting up plaster board ceilings, these charges are not enough to cover two persons working. I have been asked to provide advice on whether plaster boards ceilings can be put up with one person (I expect to justify the rate). My immediate response was if the plasters are working safely then change the rate, I realise you can’t get equipment into all houses to help with the manual handling issues, has anybody come across this issues, I don’t believe these plasterers should be working alone (and certainly not when the problem is with the rate of pay rather than the use of a plasterer’s mate)

Can be done alone. Check Youtube for method.
Domestic work suggests manual handling not a big deal, and labourer rates are cheaper than trades.1N
