Hi, we are looking to implement software for our audit management & action tracking.

Our current in -house incident management software is way out of date and unsuitable and needs replacing.

I am trying to get the business to implement behaviour based safety system and would need a system to capture observations & interventions.

Are you using inhouse built systems or are there bespoke products out there that you would recommend?

cdc check out www.cantiaci.com    We provide bespoke software for £1750.  Apologies to admin if it looks like an advert but the question was asked I'm not going into detail on the forum.

The system designed and implemented by Dom Cooper, Ph D, C Psychol, CFIOSH addresses 'behavioural safety' specifically and has been validated in hundreds of organizations over the past couple of decades.

Simply look it up on the internet.

While Dom continues to manage the system, some of his adult family now participate in running it.

I've no financial inerest in it but have read his research on safety culture
