Hi All

I wonder if i could ask what software some of you use out there if any?  As our business grows i need something that is easy to use for accident, incident, near miss, fires etc reporting to the board. It is a massive chore each month trying to pull all the information together for the board pack.

Many thanks in anticipation.

I've had success using iAuditor which certainly ticks the collation boxes you mention

Hi SImon,

I note that this is a US platform, does it work OK in the UK?

Evening,

We have just issued it under a pilot scheme on one of our sites to see if it hits the mark. So far so good...all the data is collected via a portal (single or multi log in to retreive the data for analysis)

Hi!  I work for a NHS Trust and, like the majority of the NHS, we use a system called Datix.  It's used in many organisations, large and small, here in England and the UK, Middle East, North America, etc.  It can easily handle the things you mention and much more besides (being modular based).  There are other packages out there, one of the more popular being SHE Software.  Have a look at their websites and see what you think.

There are now quite a few software companies which attend the various Expos and Conferences and these can be a good chance to see the software in action.
