Hi

Has anyone done this before, I have guidelines from the HSE/HSA but wondering if anyone knows where I could get a risk assessment template for this so I have a good guide as to the types of questions to ask.

Thanks

Hi This question is a bit vague. Are you looking for a night worker health assessment or are you wanting to carry out a risk assessment? If the later, then it would be the same as for the day shift.

murty, probabaly in your HSE guide for night shift, ensure there are First Aiders and that emergency lighting works if there's apower cut. Also ensure anyone working in an isolated area can be communicated with or has other 'lone-working' controls/precautions. Also ensure there is sufficient lighting for any machinery operations, detailed work at a bench, and also working in the yard outside, and fork trucks have lights.

Hi.

Do you mean the one that is required under the Working Time Regs?
