Does anyone know the Construction Industry Average Frequence Rate.   I am trying to achieve a bench mark comparsion figure like the London Olympic Project AFR as around 0.16.  So the last figure we have for the construction industry is 0.52, so that I have a figure to compare our AFR to.

I think you have a spurious number, the latest I  know off are found here

http://www.hse.gov.uk/statistics/adhoc-analysis/injury-frequency-rates.pdf

The HSE use 1,000,000 hours worked as the base

Frequency rates are dificult across construction because the amount of hours worked is very difficult to establish.
