Hi all,

I am working with a state agency which is charged with protecting fisheries resources. As our officers have enforcement powers and conflict/violence can be an issue for staff, we are considering the use of bodyworn cameras to mitigate against this. Just wondering if anyone has experience with these devices and how you balance safety management with data protection concerns?

I look forward to any thoughts or comments.

Kind regards,

Michael

If you are working with a state agency then the information you need will be on their intranet, look at GDPA, freedom of information and civil rights on the intranet.  They should have access to all the standard Civil Service websites and intranet sites that will contain all the information you need.
