Hi Folks

Does anyone know where I can get examples of  safety messages i.e drink driving etc to add to my company newsletters.  Appreciate any help.

Might I suggest a simple google search of "christmas safety messages" may be a good place to start

NHS website, local police website you will need to check copyright information but most public service things like that have an "angel" policy which allows you to reproduce the message so long as you quote the original source.

I'm sure it's well intentioned but is it really necessary to remind people about drink driving etc via a work's newsletter?

I agree with Ray over the Christmas safety message issue. The site where I work circulates an annual  2 page Bah humbug message full of such cheery gems as "don't stand on tables to put decorations up" " No Naked flames in the workplace"  and "no aerosols"

Leave the road safety to the police, stick to some gentle reminders and wish them a happy, safe and prosperous  New Year
