Morning all

Looking for some guidance and any views from experience of air carbo arc gouging. The vessel deck requires the welding connections of the steel sub structures to be demobed .I have little knowledge of this process but it allows for the heat to be transferred horizontally as opposed to vertically so less possible damage to the working deck however I believe it is a rather difficult process to manage i.e. whole deck to be closed off and as noisy as hell.

No UK place of work however under UK contract and associated legislation.

Many thanks in advance

J
