I have recently been looking into skin health in my company; in particular hands. THe nature of the jobs our teams carry out means they are in gloves for a proportion of their working day but also have to wash hands and dry using air dryers. Unfortuantely this cannot be changed.

Looking into this i recognise that the oils and moisture are being stripped form hands. We have in place sking checks however my concern is that this picks up changes once they occur. I am looking into a proactive method of preventing these changes and wondered whether anyone has done any similar work or can share their exeperiences?

Thanks
