Can anyone tell me from what date would cold smoke seals have been routinely fitted to fire doors, when did the standards change? Secondly, would fire doors fitted prior to that date need to be retrospectively fitted with cold smoke seals, even if they have intumescent strips fitted. I think I know the answer to the second query, but I am not so sure about the first. Thanks in adviance.
