Does anyone know anything about H&S regulation in the Ukrainne?  One of our clients has recently opened an office (usual stuff, admin and IT) there and have a question about the electrical safety regulations and whether they need to appoint a responsible person.  I have a rough translation of the Regs and think it only applies to manufacturing but need clarification.
