Does anyone have a template I can use for a fire risk assessment annual review Pa's 79 is a bit long winded for an annual review it's for common areas in flats etc

coliedusty, I use the original assessment document and make additions/deletions/amendments as necessary with an accompanying note by the changes to indicate what has been changed and when, with a newly dated sign-off. If the changes are significant then I will re-write the assessment record and findings. It works for me and I've not been challenged on validity. I do it the same as David - no need to keep reinventing the wheel and you can also keep a track of the history of what was done in response to the fire risk assessment.
