Just looking for some examples of what educational settings have done with regards to pregnant staff working with children with additional needs

I am aware of the regs and risk assessments are being carried out.  However, I would like to hear what other organisations are doing to protect staff??  I am aware that ultimately if the risk can't be removed, hours should be adjusted, alternative work and then suspension.  But would be interested to see what others are doing?

Thank you
