Can anyone point me in the direction of good guidance/standards for Access Platforms (static) and stair design guidelines?

The application is for a working platform (approx 10' high) where operators will attend 2-3 times per day to prep product.

Thanks in advance

Factory stairways, ladders and handrails Including access platforms and ramps

PUBLICATION 105 by the Engineering and Materials Users Association (EEMUA)

There is also a British Standard, but very similar information within that document
