This is just a stab in the dark. I have worked in student accommodation safety for 14 years. I have concentrated on the operational side of safety and now have a team of 3. I am being asked to work on the strategy side of the business and basically looking for a mentor? Any ideas where to start?

What sort of aspects of strategy do you want to get involved in?
e.g. overall approach to managing health and safety v arrangements for procuring safety-related expenditure v defining what to spend - or another myriad of possibilities!

i think they are asking on bussiness strategy aspects which health and safety is one of them.. but better clarify with them
