I have been saddled with the HSE responsibility for a company that are into maritime(Container handling and lifting,haulage and maintenance activities) i actually needed the maritime HSE Manual as a working document. Can anyone here help send one to me.

You may have to start with 'google'  simple search will provoide some examples from other organisations..i.e. subsea 7...

By HSE I suspect you mean Health, Safety and Environmental, the general term for the stuff we do as opposed to the “HSE” the UK government Health and Safety regulator?

Sounds like you are the right person for the job, if you consider yourself 'saddled' with H&S.
