Help! I need ideas on how to unload boxes that are all different shapes, sizes and weights from the inside of a shipping container that stays on the back of the vehicle. I am unable to get the boxes put on pallets (cost & space). The staff need to access the top of the container to unload the first two layers of boxes before they can get inside to unload the rest of the boxes. Im thinking a mewp, docking platform and maybe a conveyor system. Can anyone offer any ideas?

There are lots of commercially available systems to allow access in the situation you describe, most have some form of conveyor (mobile and height adjustable) but be aware that they don't suit all circumstances. We had to try a number of different options to find something that worked for us and in the end the conveyor wasn't a viable option.

...Why bring in shipping containers of stock when there aren't the facilities to handle them ?
Stable door, horse bolted...
