It may be worth doing a forum search as this type of thing has been discussed many times. These systems can be excellent if you are clear as to your requirements and what you are wanting to improve. Depending on the complexity of the organisation and areas you include in the system costs can be relatively low. I find them excellent for knowledge sharing, tracking actioins, inspections, evidence of investigations and reporting.
