I wondered if any members have experience of workers, in particular apprentices who are/have been placed on the Autism Spectrum. My research shows that those with autism have many desirable traits - inteligence, attention to detail etc.but there are other challengin aspects they may present. We currently have one apprentice who has only just been placed on th Spectrum but this year's intake could easily bring us more. Can anyone provide any advice, personal  experience or direct us to specific resources which may assist. The aprentice works as an electrician. Thanks
