Has anyone been involved in spraying Icynene Foam outside?  If so I would appreciate whether this can be done or if application is inside due to the weather

A quick google seems to suggest it is sprayed into cavities not to external surfaces but you don't really give enough information for an opinion.

This might help...generally it is used as an insulation material for homes so unless you were doing the spraying outside and then cladding ....?

Hmmm.. link to a US web site carrying North American classification Safety Data Sheets with ACGIH and OSHA work place exposure limits

Hope you have the EU/UK classification SDS with EU/UK workplace exposure limits
