Hello all. Looking to keep things simple for people who don't speak English. I have a general risk assessment for the use of a machine but want to create a ssow/Sop that is combined so I don't have to do two different documents. Ive seen CRAMS as a template. Who does everything think of this? I want to cover things like what to do if there is a blockage of a machine. And safe operation.i will look to display them on or near machinery. What do you all use?

For my ssow I break the operation down into parts then take a picture of each part of the process and place this picture in my document along with some text describing the action and highlighting any safety concerns. Its a simple document but I find that works best

Havent seen any of the CRAMS templates so cant comment on those

If you want a look at a copy of what I use send me a pm with your email

What’s a CRAMS- RA = Risk Assessment  MS=Method Statement  but the “C” eludes me!

The C stands for Combined It's for one off tasks that pose a higher risk Haha
