Hi all

just struggling with the riddor regs and DORs

If a LEV filter is blown from its housing from a silo would this be RIDDOR reportable and if so under which category?

Thanks

blown - wind or explosion?

Directly attached to the silo or part of a pipework system associated with the silo?

Pressurised system?

vehicle discharge into silo

silo has become pressurised

filter unit which is bolted to the roof of the silo has been ejected from the top of the silo

but the silo its self isnt a pressure vessel  if that makes sense
