A construction director has been sentenced to eight months in jail after pleading guilty to a health and safety breach that resulted in the death of two brothers.

A (not) well planned and executed use of "thinners" - given the blatant disregard for the safety of others eight months is quite light

The silence about the company who contracted him might be because that case is still ongoing.  I would have thought this was a clear Corporate Manslaughter case as well.  The sentence seems incredibly light bearing in mind that two people died.
