I'm looking for some direction as to the law in Spain. We have a site in Spain and want to arrange for an agency to provide temporary labour. They require a certificate (think that it that we can operate) before they will provide employees. If we dont already have the registration (which I'm sure is a case of finding) im told it will take 48 hours to arrange.

Can any of you help me with the detail please.

I know when I've worked there, they have required that I provide proof of paying tax and the certificate that accompanies this.
