Hi, one of my clients has employed 3 people in their workforce who come with a requirement to be annually screened on Havs.  One neeeds to see a Dr as he is Tier 4 and the rest are teir 3.  Two questions.  If a worker is listed as tier 4 last year (and the years before that) why do my providers insist that he goes through Tier 2 before tier 4.  Is this just a money grab or is anyone aware of some regulation that requires it?

Part two- any recomendations for a tier 4 Dr in the Yorkshire area?
