My resaerch design outline on humour as a resource for leader-managers and leader-professionals has been given the green light.  So, I'm now building a panel of people in the UK or Republic of Ireland willing to have a structured interview, uisng a reperotry grid, about eh issues involved.

Interviews will be confidential and anonymous.  Each informant will receive summary feedback on his/her contribution as well as a copy of the group account, in words, images and statsitical analyses.
