Hi, I am after a little bit of advice regarding who to report unsafe conditions too.

I park in a private car park when I go to the football, this space is owned by a private company who charges £10 a game to park, they can roughly fit upwards of 1000 cars onto this land. when I returned to my car last week myself and hundreds of others found we were completely blocked in due to the way cars had been parked. this also then caused issues with people trying to get out of the car park and risks to pedestrians trying to get in as there is no separate pedestrian access.

the surface of the carpark is rubble with lots of rather large potholes so obviously a trip hazard.

if a car set on fire there is no way the fire brigade would be able to access, this is made worse by the fact the business is a printing business so I'm sure will have lots of flammable chemicals. 

If there was a medical emergency then again emergency services would find it near on impossible to access. 

For these reasons, I would like some guidance on who to speak to regarding the matter.
