Hi all,

Dr Cooper has a link on his website to the above named book ( I believe it to be the second of his 3), and Amazon, eBay and any websearches are proving unfruitful in terms of searches for purchasing.

Has anyone on hear seen a physical copy or is this the stuff of myths?
