For those with a bit of time BSI have a document on their development site open for public comment https://standardsdevelopment.bsigroup.com/
Comment opened 6th September and is available until 7th November Privatisation of existing HSE literature?

I think this will supplement ISO 45001:2018 section 6.1.2 - Hazard identification and assessment of risks and opportunities.

If you read the Robens report you will see that it was intended all along that ACoPs and the like would emerge from industry. The only people that bothered to do this were the sparkies. Everybody else just hung around and waited for the HSE to come up with something. My only concern would be that (and this has been suggested) that organisations certified to ISO 45001 will, in our bright post Brexit future, be somehow outside the scope of routine checks by the HSE. They could end up seeing this as get out of Jail free card.
